Customers will receive a full refund, or credit or gift card with 24 hours notice of cancellation, if canceled before 24 hours customers will receive a gift card valid for one (1) year. Please contact us by phone or email cocoalocatours@gmail.com. Customers will also receive a full refund or credit in case of operator cancellation for any reason. Should we need to cancel a tour, we will contact you ASAP with options to reschedule or refund. Cocoa Loca will ask you to sign a Liability Release Form before the tour. (click the link to read it).
