Discover your chocolate in Seattle! Our tour guides will give you a “tasting tour” of chocolate, which will help you narrow down your favorite chocolates and why. We’ll go to several chocolate shops sampling truffles, bean to bar chocolates, sipping chocolate, chocolate spiced with exotic flavors and many more. If you want to learn about how chocolate is made, chocolate history or the meaning of “couverture” chocolate, we can answer that!
Charlotte has discovered many amazing chocolates downtown while working at the Pike Place Market as a barista and chocolate seller. She has studied the “real” history of chocolate and has researched the (sometimes confusing) terminology around “ethical chocolate”.
Elijah is a computer science major. He’s bona fide third generation Seattleite and craft chocolate maker. His special insights in the making of chocolate will help you know why chocolate has the flavors you love (or some you don’t love).
